    Hi there!

    I am using your plugin for a long time now. I build my stor page and my product page with it and so far it has been awesome. BUT since elemntor updated to 3.15.1 (it could be earlier version as well) the layout of the site started to act strange. It besicly breaks and everything reverts to basic colors, all backgrounds disappear and etc. It took my i while to see that this problem appeared only on the pages where i was using your plugin. (version 2.6.7)

    I just reverted elementro to 3.14.0 and everything looks fine. Unfortunatelly this is working site and i cant do that much expermients on it but that is what i can help with:

    The Problem: All design, colors, and the entire layout is reverted to basic.

    the problem is with: Elementor 3.15.1. and up. i am not sure with this information but for sure i catched the problem when i was with elementor 3.15.3. Now with 3.14.0 is stable.

    Another observations: I am using also wpml andi have your tepmlate translated. My first language is english. the interesting thing here is that when i was still at elementor 3.15.2, the layout was broken only on the EN pages but not in BG pages (secons language). When i updated ro 3.15.3 everything was broken.

    What solved my problem: reverting to 3.14.0 elementor.

    I really want to keep my plugins updated for good site health, so i hope you resolve this as soon as possible.

    It’s great to know that you have been using the plugin for a long time, but I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.

    So, we have thoroughly investigated the plugin from our end. But we didn’t encounter such an issue that you described above.

    However, it might have happened when you updated the Elementor plugin. There is a possibility that Elementor may not have been updated properly, or there could be other settings that are causing the issue.

    Could you please try migrating the site to a staging environment and update the Elementor plugin there?

    Hopefully, it will help you pinpoint the root cause of the issue. If the issue still persists even after that, please open a ticket through our dedicated support center.
