Not Compatible and Bad Support

Tried this plugin extensively and gave it a fair shot. Has potential but with the lack of support and delay in updating (last updated 2 months ago) I gave the rating I did. The compatibility was immediately apparent with the shortcode inability to work properly. Contacted support and waited about 4 days (which is a lifetime when there are issues happening) for a one line response. Responded immediately and have yet to hear back (24 hours now). I do understand this is a free plugin, but there is no ability to upgrade to a paid version or for premium support (which I would have paid for) so I had to rate based on the merits provided. I am switched to and currently using another free brand plugin with great results and functionality.
