Not compatible with bundles?

Hi, I tried with the plugin https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/ and also with YITH bundle maker, but it never goes past the checkout point, when i hit the button to Place Order I get a “Internal Server Error” message,
