Not compatible with elementor nav menu

I use the latest PHP WP and Elementor pro. I created a nav menu with the elementor menu template builder and make JC submenu plugin add pages and sub-pages because I can’t add dozens of pages manually all the time. This works fine in the desktop version but the mobile menu always closes upon a click, even when clicking links that have submenues below them.

I don’t know if it’s the fault of the lementor nav menu template or the plugin. JC submenu worked fine with a regular WP menu used previously.

Are child pages of pages added by JC submenu the issue? Do I have to add every level of subpages within the menu by clicking the JC submenu cjeckbox?
