• So poor customer support! After chat live, you took money $ from my account even though in the chat option Mrs. Jei wrote that I have 15 days free, and the money was immediately taken from my account, and she left the chat for the next 8 hours?? That’s not correct!
    I made a screen shot of the entire conversation. You should be ashamed!

    it doesn’t work well at all, zero support
    promised help with wizard setup, nothing, when my money was taken, they all disappeared from support!
    I was lucky that I canceled the subscription very quickly.
    I hope to get my money back!
    Everyone from the chat has disappeared!
    I definitely do not recommend this plugin to anyone!

    That is feedback. That the reviewer started a support topic or is going to doesn’t change that this is feedback.

    If @edo888 does then they will get into real trouble here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Mind you, reviews about an upsell is 100% allowed and this review will not be removed. BUT! The developer must not support any customers on this site ever.
