• I bought this product on 14th Feb 2023. Within a Week, I started facing many issues. As of today, there are no solutions to the problems
    1) WP Job Openings PRO is incompatible with most WordPress themes. So figure out if this plugin is compatible with your theme. I am sure all of you agree. It’s easy to change the plugin, not the theme.
    2) Search console error: Content wider than the screen.
    3) Job Category Filter does not work on most of the themes.
    4) Key Word Search Results do not work on most themes. admin-ajax.php
Make sure you check these things for your theme before you upgrade to PRO. After you buy, it’s absolutely “NO SUPPORT” from WP Job Openings PRO team.
*No support on their support page
    *No support on WordPress forums

We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to this review.

Regarding the compatibility issues you encountered, we want to clarify that WP Job Openings is extensively tested with nearly 50 popular paid and free themes across all major releases. However, it’s important to note that some themes, especially less popular ones, may have unique configurations or restrictions that can cause compatibility issues.

In your case, it appears that the theme you were using had a specific design philosophy of blocking plugin scripts to potentially boost site performance. Unfortunately, this conflicted with the functionality of our plugin and resulted in the issues you experienced.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Regarding the support delays, your tickets were submitted during our holidays, which was the reason it took a couple of days to attend. Our team has responded to all your tickets and provided support to address the reported issues.

Moving forward, if you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    1. It took 4 months and 3 weeks to reply. Proves my point: “Absolutely Zero Support.”

    2) Regarding compatibility issues, I removed the WP Job Openings plugin from my website, as Google Search Console gave continuous errors.

As mentioned earlier, at the time of your inquiry, our team was temporarily away, resulting in an extended response time. We understand that this delay may have caused frustration, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

However, we want to clarify that once our team was available, we promptly responded to all your queries and provided suggested fixes. We aimed to address your concerns and assist you in resolving any issues you were facing with WP Job Openings.

Regarding the Search Console Error you mentioned, the “Content wider than the screen” error is often related to the theme’s layout settings or responsive design. It is not a direct issue caused by the plugin itself. If it were a direct issue with the plugin, we would have taken immediate action to address it, especially considering WP Job Openings is being used by over 30,000 websites.

We appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of providing timely and efficient support. We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused by the delay in our response.
