Not compatible with some plugins

Ah, it does’t feel good to read your feedback. But I can’t help but understand it.
We helped you fixed a first compatibility issue with the plugin. Then you had another problem with the font size if I’m not wrong.
Fixing compatibility issues for all third parties plugin is out of the scope of the help that we can provide. There are simply too many plugins in the www.ads-software.com repository to seriously be able to do it.

I’m really sorry that you end up having this feeling. I feel that it is a big failure for me and that we have something to improve.

Anyway, I really wish you’ll be satisfy with your new theme, and that maybe one day we can fully satisfy you with the Customizr theme !

I am a normal user of Customirz, not staff.
I write this for all the other people who will read this to say that it is not common for a Theme Developer to help with plugins, so if Nicolas and his team have helped, you know how great they are.
WordPress changes a lot and it’s a big job for a theme to stay current and continue to be viable. The Customizr team does an amazing job doing this. If there is an issue reported, they look into it immediately. I have worked from various time zones and always had great help.

Not the experience I had. It was far less than “an amazing job,” I wish it was. Some how they are missing the point about who the customer is, when ‘Nicolas’ states they fixed the first problem, it was not fixed and then left it up to me to try and find a solution. Far less than “an amazing job.”
