    Your plugin is using the elFinder project on github which has a problem that the archiving feature doesn’t work on PHP services compiled with thread safety. That’s why archive creation is failing on SiteGround servers and it will fail on all other PHP services that are using thread safety (we have custom implementation but all mod php servers should be affected).
