Not compatible with wordpress 3.5.1 ?

I don’t believe this is compatible with 3.5.1. ? If it is, no meta box after login, no logout button at all. Login goes to blank wp-login screen.
Have reinstalled wordpress, theme, and downloaded latest version of plugin, still no luck. Sorry.
