Not compatible with WordPress 5.2.1?

  • After upgrading to WordPress 5.2.1, neither my product slider nor my featured posts slider display on any page.

    Downgraded back to WordPress 5.2, and all slides work fine.

    Same problem on both a live site with php 7.3 and a development environment with php 7.0.8. I don’t see any diagnostics, warnings or error messages. But none of my sliders display

  • You might check your other plugins for a conflict. I have updated wordpress to 5.2.1 on all my sites and the slider continues to perform flawlessly.

    I checked compatibility with WordPress 5.2.1 and WooCommerce 3.6.3 and working fine as before.

    It’s not working for me. I tried disabling a few of my other plugins and still couldn’t get the carousel sliders to display with WordPress 5.2.1. I don’t know what else to do.

    Can you look at my web site and see if you can find what’s happening?

    I’ve located the problem. I have a function that loads jquery from google’s CDN instead of from my host’s server. It worked fine in WordPress 5.2, but apparently it’s not compatible with 5.2.1.
