Not compatible with WP User Avatar

Hi there,
first of all thanks for this awesome plugin – It makes our life much easier with amp!
We’re currently using the WP User Avatar Plugin within our Website, because we don’t want to use Gravatar. Unfortunately, this AMP-Plugin doesn’t support WP User Avatar.
The same problem was also adressed and solved in another amp-Plugin (https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/accelerated-mobile-pages/commit/2d411986c589e3ec9abade6f457a706bf712a864).

Is it possible to support WP User Avatar as well?
