Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review, and I’m sorry that the plugin did not meet your expectations on this occasion. The ability to create pixels is controlled by your Facebook account, so there isn’t much we can do from a plugin perspective.
That said, if you’d like to troubleshoot this further, I’d love to see if we can help or suggest any steps to get this running for you, as I don’t see a support request from you in the forums!
If you would like help, it would be great to know if you were using a Facebook account that has the ability to create a pixel in your personal ad account, or if you were using a business manager account instead?
Of course, if you’d rather not troubleshoot at this stage, I completely understand. I hope you’ll give us another try later down the line as we’re constantly striving to improve on the plugin going forward!
