Hi there, Jetpack shows me a failure “not connected 200” – I cannot reconnect; inside the external statistics-page, I see that visitors are counted – the statistics inside the plugin are empty (the do not load). Also the function of the gallery Lightbox doesn’t work in the frontend. Due to a SSL problem, may hoster changed the URL (site and home) inside the wp_config-database from https to http. The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ahrndt

I’ve gone ahead and adjusted the URL on our end from the HTTP to the HTTPS one, as that’s where your site is ultimately loading/redirecting.

The Jetpack connection is still broken; that’s why the statistics aren’t showing on your dashboard and that the Lightbox gallery isn’t working as well.

I’d suggest reinstalling Jetpack and reconnecting it, by following the steps shown on our guide below:

Do let us know how this goes.

I reinstalled and reconnected – same problem plus: now the caorousel gallery doesn’t work anymore and I cannot activate it (FetchNetworkError)

I have a backup before the reinstallation. Is it possible to restore the settings from the backup in order to have a correct display of the galleries meanwhile? Where are the settings (cannot find them inside the jetpack-folder)

    Hi Bj?rn

Settings are saved in the database, not in the plugin folder, so you’d need to restore the database, although I’m not sure that would help as the Jetpack connection is still not working.

Due to a SSL problem, may hoster changed the URL (site and home) inside the wp_config-database from https to http.

I don’t see any SSL problem on your site, and the site loads over https, so I’d suggest asking them to change that back to https.

Please let us know when that’s done so we can test the connection again.

Hi Dan, I made a backup with FileZilla – which dtaa has to be restored.

Concerning SSL: my hoster changed inside the wp-Config Database the Domain from https:/…. to https://… because I had an ORIGIN ERROR

The SSL itself is provided not by my hoster, because I changed the nameserver to a partner (EZOIC) which provides SSL, CDN and several other features…

Is there a possibility to make settings manual inside the database? Which database?

    Hi @ahrndt

Since now your site is loading properly through HTTPS, it’s worth switching those settings on the wp-config.php file from HTTP to HTTPS even if the SSL itself wasn’t provided by your host.

Is there a possibility to make settings manual inside the database? Which database?

I don’t believe there’s a way to bring the galleries that way; it’s better to fix the Jetpack connection by reconnecting the plugin; I can see that it’s currently disconnected. Could you share a screenshot of what happened when you’ve tried that?

Hi Mehdi, it was a problem with the certificate. Now the connection ist back again and everything seems to work fine… Thanks!
