    Hi,

    On our website, we have a instagram feed. Now it seems the access token has expired.
    When i try to reconnect, i get a facebook login popup. When i enter the details of the instagram account, i get the message: oops, something went wrong.
    I tested the account, the login details for instagram are correct.
    I can login in instagram.
    How to get a new access token?

    Hi @kees78, is the Instagram account you’re connecting a Personal or a Business/Professional account? If it’s a Personal one, you shouldn’t need to log in via Facebook.

    However, if it’s a Business account, a Facebook connection is required. Typically, when something goes wrong at that stage, Spotlight isn’t involved since we don’t control that connection – it’s all done securely through Instagram/Facebook.

    It would be best if you can send us a screencast of the process that you’re following. Would that be possible?
