Hi @wlsfh, Before migrating to MultiVendorX, we notified each user from our plugin’s admin panel that WCMp will soon be MultivendorX.
We migrated the whole system to the new brand after sharing 2 – 3 rebranding emails over the span of 3-4 months. This was done to provide uninterrupted service along with all new future updates, as the WCMp site was discontinued.
Let me explain when a site migrates to a new one, these are the data that gets migrated too like any other WordPress site:
- User Account
- Their order details
- All the subscription
Without the user’s consent, PayPal/Stripe doesn’t have any right to charge an account for a Renewal order. We also notified you before the renewal that you will be charged for the renewal of the order and you can manage the subscription from the My Account page:
To be very honest, this review is quite hurtful because we clearly mention all these in our Terms and condition and Refund policy, that you have agreed at the time of purchase. Here is the policy details that you have agreed at the time of purchase, this is the link of Web Archive :
So, when we rebranded WCMp to MultiVendorX, we migrated data too. ?All the WordPress community members are fully aware that, if a subscription is already canceled on a site, at the time of migration the subscription will be in the canceled state.
Not only that, all the activity related to that subscription will be added in the note. As shared in the screenshot of the Subscription and Renewal account, it is quite clear that you canceled the subscription after the renewal order was created:
We have explained the same over the mail to you. But as you became non-responsive there, so we are explaining this here.
