Not convert images with non-latin chars on nginx

Hi! We found that webp express doesn’t convert old images with non-latin chars in their names on nginx. This images was uploaded before we installed webp express. For example russian: миниатюра-5-324×235.jpg
But when we try bulk convertion it converts such images fine.
