• The form itself is relatively easy to design, however the Email and Actions tab is not very clear in terms of what details go where.
    The form submission takes a long time to process too, with some submissions taking 24 hours to be delivered.

    For your second issue, Ninja Forms processes submissions instantly (you can see them under Forms -> Submissions -> Choosing a form) in your WordPress dashboard.

    If your emails are being delayed, I’d strongly suggest contacting your host since they are who actually processes your email message and may know more about your delay.
