Not Copy Fully Billing Adress on Web vs Paypal Page

    Hello the data of Billing/shipping address at the Web checkout NOT copied/transfered Fully to Paypal Billing Address page. (if the Address not from United States)

    • The countries field is missing (Always United States by default)
    • The state field by default is Alabama

    Latest Version has this problem, Please test and fix.
