Not correct calculated weight

    Hi I have installed your free plugin.
    I created five methods for delivering:
    1/ Personal delivery – any weight
    2/ 0-5kg
    3/ 5.01-15kg
    4/ 15.01 -30kg
    5/ 30.01 and up

    But problem is that in some cases plugin show only personal delivery or plugin say that there is no method for dellivery. Usually it to do when I add products to cart which have up to 5 or 15kg, or when I combine more products up to 5 and 15.01 to 30 etc

    can you help to me? Thanks

    The only way to solve an issue is to find a stable way to reproduce it first. Do you have it?

    What do you mean ” find a stable way to reproduce it first” . Uninstall and again install the plugin?

    My next question is, which way is correct for setting of your plugin?

    1/Woocommerce\settings\delivery\zones\”zone”\WBSh and delivery methods

    or

    2/Woocommerce\settings\delivery\WBSh and delivery methods

    PS: I have a standard WooCommerce template

    You mentioned the issue appears in some cases. I meant that we need a way to reproduce it always.

    As of the correct way to set up the plugin, you can use both shipping zones and the global WBS configuration. So, both methods are valid even at the same time. It’s up to you.

    Thanks for your interest. You can try it on my web page https://eshop.i-horses.sk there are few products. You can try any combinations. Usually it to do when I add to cart product up to 5kg. But was one case when I add to catalogue 25kg product and plugin worked wrong, and I have one product 3kg and plugin work correctly.

    I think that there can be two problems. The plugin maybe has problem read the weight of products. Or when I add products to catalogue is the weight bad recorded into database and plugin has problem work correctly.
