• Hi, great plugin!

I’m having some issues with splitting. When I purchase 2 different products it works fine, however when I purchase e.g. 1 item of a product, and 2 items of another product (in the same order), it only create 2 suborders of the 2 items of the same product, but not the suborder of the other one, it should create 3 suborders in this case.

    Could you help me please?

    Thanks!

Hi @karzin, I’ve just found another issue:

In the Multi Order options, I checked the “Consider quantity” option so when I create an order with 2 or more items of the same product, it will split the order, however when this checkbox is checked, if I purchase 2 different products in the same order, it doesn’t split the order (I have “Minimum quantity” set to 2).

    Thanks.

    Hi,
Please try to set the Minimum quantity option to 1

Thanks for your answer @karzin , however I need it to be 2, as I don’t need to split orders with a single product.

    Hello,
I think I got the problem and just created a new version (1.1.9).

    Please give it a try

    Hi @karzin,

I’ve installed the new update and it seems that the quantity consideration doesn’t work at all now:

    I’ve set it up as 2: https://cl.ly/0ec197ee37b9

But these orders are not splitting correctly:https://cl.ly/32edb832d147

    Should be 4 sub orders,instead, of 2.

    Anything that I’am doing wrong?

    Best Regards,

    Assad

    Hi,
I’m sorry. I think I’ve made a mistake on version 1.1.9 regarding the minimum quantity.

Please take a look again on version 1.2.0
