Not creating csv (just listing the emails in the browser

Hi there – plugin had been working absolutely fine however recently when we try to use it just shows all the emails listed in the browser (i.e. it does not prompt or create the csv)
Any ideas?
I tried to copy and paste from the browser into excel but doesnt create them in a cell each unfortunately.
