Not creating PO file

Hi, great plugin, thanks!
Have an issue with translation of this plugin:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/navayan-subscribe/it’s missing an PO file and the ‘create MO’ button just reloads the page without creating the MO file.
Any idea why?
