Not currently working?

Did this plugin stop working recently?? It was working fine a week or two ago but now nothing….. Please note that the Preview doesn’t work either. I have seen this on my production site and I have a plugin test site that verifies that this is not working.

I reverted my test site back a month. This is the only plugin that is installed. It still does not work anymore. I would guess that the data provider is off line. Again note that the ‘Preview’ in the ‘Edit Custom Stock Ticker’ menu does not work either.
