• Hi, thank you for the great plugin!

On my site, i’m using is_user_logged_in() function to show some menus and elements, the wordpress system is detecting that the user is logged in and showing the elements, BUT the plugin is not, it says “You are not logged in.”

I don’t know, where is really the member account? is it the one in the USERS menu in wordpress? or is it the one in the MEMBERS menu in the main plugin menu? ane why some users has only a MEMBER account but not a WORDPRESS account?

    I appreciate your kind help.

Hi are you trying to view other members account while logged in as the WordPress admin? If you are can you follow these instructions.

The above could also be triggering the error message you mentioned in your other support thread.

    Thank you
