Not Disabling on Tablet and Mobile

  • Hi!
    I have problem – the animation are not disabled on mobile, although they are disabled in plugin settings. I saw the same issue on this forum (it’s post with the same title as mine), but in my case updating plugin and WP do not work.
    Strange thing is that when I run website in responsive view (in chrome developer tools) everything is fine (no animation on mobile), but on real phone there is an animation. Have you any idea what can cause the problem?
