Thanks for the post and for providing all of that information up front – it does look like your setup meets our minimum requirements which is a great start. I’d love to get a bit of additional information from you and see what we can do to help out. Do you mind replying back here with the following information:
– Could you please send us a screenshot of what you do see when you are in WordPress and navigate from the Plugins tab then click settings and select the Sync tab? We would expect the Resync button to be there, as shown here: https://screencast.com/t/CkBaQYt6lXH
– Does this behavior persist when attempting to re-sync in an alternate browser with no plugins or extensions activated?
– Does the plugin otherwise work or is the syncing process simply stuck?
