    Hi and thanks for using MetaSlider. It’s difficult to debug this some of the source code is hidden or minified, but it appears to be a theme issue. It doesn’t correctly respond to a different breakpoints and the slider div disappears below 576px.

    Can you confirm the issue by testing on a different theme?

    Hi @gorbuha. Sorry, that is is our recommendation because this our first diagnosis is that this is a theme issue. One approach is often to make a copy of your site for testing. On a test site, you can safely change the theme.
