1) Verify that shortcodes are being rendered in your theme – you can test with other shortcodes in our plugin or with other shortcodes from other plugins — do any shortcodes work?

2) Verify that banner ID 1927 actually exists?

3) Try using our Widget, just to be sure the plugin itself is operational (I’m assuming that you are able to Add and Edit banners?)

I’m guessing the issue is related to your theme not rendering shortcodes, which is a theme level issue and would need to be resolved by the theme developer.
