    Hi @stylise,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Although I have commercial rates enabled in the settings, the plugin is serving retail rates.

I have a few questions for you to try and figure out what the possible problem might be.

    1. Do you have a commercial account with USPS so you can offer commercial rates?
    2. If yes, did the commercial rates work before and no changes were made to your site?
    3. Have you enabled debug logging? Do you see any errors there?

Could you please send us screenshots of your settings so we can investigate this further? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Additionally, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks!

    Hello @rainfallnixfig

    1. Yes, however this plugin does not allow for me to use my own USPS user ID. I presume it’s using a general ID owned by WooCommerce.
2 Yes, commercial rates were a lower price than retail rates in the past, even without me being able to use my own user ID.
    3. I have logging enabled and there is no relevant info. When I enable debug logging, there’s only a packing log which determines package volume.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @stylise,

Thanks for replying to those questions and for the screenshot.

While we move forward with troubleshooting the issue do you mind sending over your System Status Report as requested earlier?

This will allow us to check your specific configuration and try to figure out if there is something that stands out that may be related to the problem you have reported.

    Thanks!

@rainfallnixfig Sorry, I missed the request for a system report. For security reasons, do you have an email address that I can send it to?

    Hi @stylise

Unfortunately, posting of email addresses is not allowed as per the Forum Guidelines.

I recommend sending the System Status Report using a service like https://pastebin.com/ then you can allow some days for the info to be alive while the issue is being checked. (Once the info is removed or deactivated from Pastebin this will not be accessible).

    Hi @xue28

Unfortunately I can’t publicly post that information.

If it’s helpful, with only WooCommerce, Jetpack, and WooCommerce Shipping & Tax Plugins active, the commercial and retail setting still only returns retail shipping rates.

    Hi there! ??

I see. Since more details are required in order to investigate the issue further, kindly go ahead with opening a ticket using this direct link.

Make sure to include all the requested information through this thread, when submitting it, please.
