Not displaying correctly alongside images

Hi there,

I’ve installed the free version of your plugin for “featured video” but it’s not working correctly. I’d quite like to upgrade to the paid version if I can get this working, as I have several videos I need to upload for one of the products – but need to ensure it works on the free version first.

It only looks normal on the product page if I use no product image (it looks the same if I use no product image and upload a gallery image). If I use product image it changes the size of the video to an incorrect size, and if I also upload a gallery image it completely breaks.

It looks fine with no images uploaded, but then the problem is that there is no image to show a preview from the shop page. Ideally I would like the gallery showing too so I can scroll through the video and different images (plus more videos if I can upgrade).

Can you please help?

I am using theme GoodzShop (latest version): https://themeskingdom.com/wordpress-themes/goodz-shop-e-commerce-wordpress-theme/ and latest version of WordPress/WooCommerce as of today.

I sent screenshots via email if that helps but they told me to start a ticket here, website is currently in maintenance mode.
