Not displaying correctly on iPhone 4

    This form is working great, however when I open the contact us page on my iPhone 4, the form is larger than the displayed page and there is a white strip down the right side. Perhaps it is the theme I’m using? Portfolio Press.

    Perhaps, the styles are specified in the themes. Please provide a page URL, so that we could see the problem.
