Not displaying full videos on Chrome/Safari

    Hi,

    This plugin doesn’t seem to e working properly on my theme. When clicking on a thumb to go to the next video it does not display properly.

    Not working on Chrome or Safari but seems to work on Opera for some reason.

    Any ideas what the issue is please?

    These types of issues might be related to your theme, plugins installed on your site producing errors on video pages preventing YouTube ShowCase work properly.

    There are multiple options to resolve:

    1- Try to take a look at the live demo site:
    https://ytshowcasecom.emdplugins.com/
    See if the issue is there as well. If yes, open a support ticket, we will fix it.

    2- If not, you should try to change your theme and/or find out which plugin causes the issue by deactivating each plugin one by one.

    3- Ask for professional help at our site.

    I had the same issue and my Theme Provider was able to resolve the problem with custom CSS.
