Not Displaying Images or Posts in Widgets

Hello, I have tried using SiteOrigin Post Carousel Widget (currently on page where the white space is) and the SiteOrigin Simple Masonry widget to display images. However, neither the posts nor the images are displaying.

– Currently, the default page template is used. I’ve tried using the Front Page template and the Full Width template but that did not help.
– I am wanting to display the posts (in the right sidebar) in a carousel.
– Also, clicking on the post link, you will see that the image is not showing on the post.

Any guidance you are able to offer would be much appreciated.
