Not Displaying in Shipping Methods

I just installed the plugin, obtained my User ID and the option for USPS doesn’t display. Everything is filled out correctly to my knowledge and what the instructions said. I have unticked and ticked the checkbox many times and yet nothing. Using the most updated plugins and this is the only shipping plugin I am using.
