Hi, on desktop it works perfectly fine, but on mobile (specially iPhone) it displays the legend “The file (url of my image) could not be accessed.
Is there any setting I am missing?

  • Hi @samayala ,

Sometimes when you add a tour on your site, you might face this issue that rather than loading the tour it will give the error “THE FILE (…) COULD NOT BE ACCESSED.”

This error shows up when you are running a website under “HTTPS” (secured with SSL certificate) whereas your image link is under “HTTP” (unsecured).

To solve this issue, go to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General.

Here make sure you have “https” added to both “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)”.

Let us know if this solves your issue.

    Thanks.

Hi! Already checked and I do have “https” in both urls (WP and site).

However, I kept trying and I keep getting the same issue. In desktop it works perfectly fine, but in mobile it keeps working on some, and some others not. Don’t know what it depends on ??

But thanks a lot for your help!

I hope it can get solved in the future.

    Hi @samayala ,

Can you give the link to your tour?

We can try to test the tour from different devices.

Also, try to clear the browser cache and reload the tour pages on the devices you face the issue.

    Thanks.
