Not displaying most recent events

Hi,
I’ve been trying to find a new plugin to display our site’s events, and I think RSS Retriever is the one, but I’m having trouble getting the most recent dates to show up. It seems to grab from a random place in March, not today.

Under Kids Events (see above pageurl): The most recent date showing is March 14, but if you look at the actual feed, you can see that there are events with today’s date (2/16). I tried using the date_reverse parameter, and it reversed the order but still started in a random place in March, instead of today!

You can see on the actual RSS url that Current Feed Content starts today, 2/16.

One note: I burned an RSS url from the original xml because my site host kept blocking the xml, but allows the RSS url)
