Not displaying on checkout page. WC 2.3

I am using the WC plugin “Checkout Field Editor” and yours but it’s not displaying your checkbox/text.
I have tried to disable Checkout Field Editor to see if that was causing the issue but still didn’t show up.
Anything you can suggest to me?
