Not Displaying on Site

Hi,
I’ve used this plugin on a lot of different sites, and for some reason, on this site, the testimonials are not showing on the page. I’ve put in the shortcode in Text mode, tried activating the default theme, deactivated all other plugins – nothing helped. Any ideas?
