Not displaying on tablet and mobile

This is a very impressive and very easy to use plugin which is much appreciated. But, unfortunately, the language bar isn’t showing on tablets and mobile but shows fine on desktop.
I do have a link but the only way of accessing the website is by adding a certain IP to your hosts file which I’m happy to give if needed.

Any tips are appreciated.
