Not displaying product

  • Hello everybody,

    I installed the plugin and after putting the shortcorde in the home page, I see the navigation and the header but there aren’t products. Looking at css, I found that products are marked with display: none. If I remove the property, they took 100% width then I have one product per row with big dimensions.

    Can anyone help me??

    Hi,
    It can happened for several reasons, for an example, any plugin that you have installed recently conflicts with this one.

    Let me explain the common reason of the conflict. We used recent version of a jQuery library called Owl Carousel. Its been used in many WordPress plugins and many plugin developers haven’t updated it yet.

    So, try temporarily deactivating other plugins to find out the one that conflicts.

    I found the confliting plugin: Page Builder by SiteOrigin. What can I do?

    I have now the same issue here. But super strange, I had the plugin working since a few month alongside the conflictual plugin without issues until today. And while the conflictual plugin was never updated, I tried going back to earlier versions of this one but nothing changed.
    In fact when I did a new test locally it still worked !

    What can lead in such an unpredictable issue behavior ? I even removed near every caching system.
