Not displaying properly in Chrome

I’ve put a form from Contact Form-7 into this plugin on my site (https://wordofmouthmovers.ca/new/), and for some reason it doesn’t display properly only in Chrome. When I open it, it gets… sticky – the lines chop up and it doesn’t view properly. When I type into the fields, I can’t see what I’m typing. The only time I can see what I’ve typed is when I click to a different tab, and come back to the page.

When I open it up in Safari, it’s perfectly fine.

Any idea why this is?
