Not download PDF files

  • PDF files have not been downloaded to my local folder for a month, everything has worked fine for 1 year.
    Please I need a solution

    Are you getting some errors that could cause the issue? Could you try to make a test only with WooCommerce and PDF Invoice activated and check if the problem is solved, please?

    Are you getting some errors in the debug.log that could give us some clues about why is happening this issue? If you try to set up a default theme like TwentyTwenty, do you still get the issue?
