not eligible Instagram profile

    Hello,
    I’m trying to setup facebook for woocommerce plugin and when i try to connect instagram account adding profile, I can see the Instagram account but it is not active to choose and i got not eligible

    Thanks for reaching out! The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is not recommended to facilitate a connection with Instagram and we do advise deselecting this option during set up.

    In order to connect with Instagram we’d suggest another plugin or integration such as WooCommerce Instagram.

    I’ve no choice to deselect Instagram.
    All what i have these three setup steps:
    * Connect with customers on Messenger
    * Sell your products on Facebook
    * Sell your products on Instagram

    So, where can i find the choice to deselect Instagram

    During your initial setup there should be an option to select Instagram or leave it deselected as shown here, there is a yellow box with a note about Instagram, the first screenshot below that should show what you’re looking for.

    If you’re not seeing that, I’d like to ensure there isn’t another issue potentially going on, to continue could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.
