I have been facing this same problem for a while now and have actually neglected to post on my businesses instagram because of it, leaving my instagram confusing for customers. From what I can tell the facebook plug-in through woo commerce is not doing too well. I go through all steps and the last step does not go through. Deselecting options during the process results in the same conclusion.
However today I saw a new page? To connect instagram for $80 a month? Is that the same integration which has developed a price point or is it contain additional services? At this point if I am able to get past the “problem occurred” page during the last step then paying may be a viable option. However if the same problem keeps occurring I will be very setback.
