Not eliminate render-blocking some JavaScript

Hello all,
I have Niginx VPS. This server I use the Google page speed mod. After I activated this plugin and enabled its features (by following the video tutorial) still, it’s not eliminate render-blocking some JavaScript.
Still Google page speed insight telling me I have following JS are not eliminate render-blocking.
