Not encoding within Visual Composer

Hi

I notice in Visual Composer content, that your encoder plugin ceases to function. Perhaps this is due to a shortcode being embedded into a shortcode. The theme I am using uses PressCore and can be viewed here: https://the7.dream-demo.com/

I tried running an extra filter with no results:
add_filter( ‘the_content’, ‘eae_encode_emails’ );

Any ideas?
