Not enough negative reviews is misleading

I have been facing serious issues with the plugin. I was foolish enough to go for their paid plugin because I saw positive reviews.

However, there are serious issues like customers not seeing their points, but some other customers’ points.

Sometimes they do not see points altogether!
When you reach out to the customer care, you can never be sure of a response.

IF they oblige you with one it will be random, delayed, and not useful.
You will then have to wait another few hours for their response.

Please avoid this plugin.
