This is sometimes caused by a conflicting plugin, try disabling your other plugins and see if you can access the pages.

I’m noticing something similar. At first I thought it was because I had set up custom user roles, but then I noticed that the “view statistics” link in the left-hand sidebar menu works fine! The difference that I see is, the link in the dashboard points to index.php?page=wps_visitors_page&etc=etc but the sidebar link points to admin.php?page=wps_visitors_page – for what that’s worth.

I’m loving this plugin! Hopefully this minor quirk can be easily resolved.

I have now turned off all plugins which didn’t help. Then I activated the Twenty Fifteen theme and still no luck.

So something seems to be wrong. Are you sure this function worsk at all?

Ok, I’ve been able to reproduce this, I’ll track down the problem.

Super! Will you mention it here when you solved it?

    Yes.

I am having this problem but ONLY with Wp Statistics.

Its as if I am not the Super Admin, or true admin.

This happens when/if I try to either save the changes on the wp statistics settings page OR if I click on the IP addresses associated with visitors.

Hope there is a solution, because its making it seem like WP Statistics is trying to control my website ??

@martin1 I’ve committed a change to resolve the issue, the next release of WP Statistics should be out next week.
