Not enough support

I have been experiencing a problem, where the backup is not performing as expected, since I bought the ZIP stuff, but it doesn’t make a ZIP every day, but it updates the previous one.

Michael has been asking to make some things within my wordpress installation, but we haven’t been able to solve the issue, and there has been a date from when I have not received any answer from Michael, even when I have tried to contact him several times.

But I still have the problem, where I cannot make zips in a daily basis…
