Not Enough Useful

  • i had export media only. The files (pictures) was on wp-content/upload after importing it, but i cant see any file on media library.

    Can you help me?

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

    That could be related to a lack of permissions on /wp-content/ directory. Is it possible to set them recursively to 755 or 777. You can do that via FTP or if you have direct access to the site via cPanel or SSH. If that doesn’t help you can contact us for further investigation. Thanks!
